Marchand is the first town you will drive through on your way to the falls on Route 359.
There is a few stops you can make here, there is the
Route 359 road stall with delicacies from the area and right next to it is the Raison Company a large raison factory.
Across the road is The Phutswa Shop (Tswana for the Blue Shop) a
shop run by Oom Koos and Tannie Gesie where you can get a nice cold drink and some friendly conversation.
